This is the first in a series of weight loss Youtube videos from, AskSanAnything. Follow this lady through her personal weight loss programs, and who knows, you may just be inspired to begin your own. Everyone is looking for the fastest weight loss method, but there is no quick fix. What you will get with AskSanAnything is an honest, and sometimes even frustrating experience, as she takes you with her every step of the way, through the good days and the not so good ones.

ReplyDeleteLosing weight can be a very, very hard thing to do without this very important concept called "discipline." It's not really on the diet and on the exercise. For as long as we have the discipline or control of what we eat and what we do, we will never have to worry about getting fat. Nonetheless, I appreciate this post because it is somehow informational. Thank you for sharing.

Good post! In order to lose weight we should have self discipline. We must be very particular of the foods we eat and must practice daily exercise. Yes I agree that dancing is a great exercise.. Thanks for sharing this post..

ReplyDeleteLosing weight is not that easy to do but if you have the patience and of course self-discipline, this one is attainable. If you want to stay fit, then you have to observe the things you do and the foods you eat. Anyway , thanks for sharing and keep posting.
ReplyDeleteLosing weight is about hardwork and discipline! I guess, we need to have bunches of those two first before jumping into dieting. And it's a process, it doesn't happen over night. Good points!
